The RCM Journey
From Friends to Competitors
Really Can't Macro started as a group of friends who shared a passion for League of Legends. We began by playing Clash tournaments together - the in-client competitions that Riot Games hosts regularly.
What began as casual gaming sessions evolved into something more structured as we decided to test our skills in Svenska Online Ligan (SOL), Sweden's official League of Legends competition.
The name "Really Can't Macro" started as a self-deprecating joke during our early Clash days, poking fun at our strategic shortcomings. Ironically, as we've grown as a team, our macro play has become one of our stronger aspects.
"We started playing Clash for fun, but now we're climbing the SOL divisions. Who would've thought?"

Key Milestones
The defining moments that shaped our team's history
Team Formation
Five friends united by their love for League of Legends decided to form a team for Clash tournaments, ironically naming themselves "Really Can't Macro".
First Clash Victory
After many attempts, we secured our first Clash tournament victory, which motivated us to take our gameplay more seriously.
Consistent Clash Success
We established ourselves as regular Clash participants with several trophy wins, building confidence in our team coordination.
SOL Division 5 Entry
We took the leap and registered for Svenska Online Ligan (SOL), entering Division 5 for our first taste of organized league play.
Promotion to Division 4
After a "successful" season in Division 5, we earned promotion to Division 4, marking a significant milestone in our competitive journey.
"Macro Is Everything"
Despite our self-deprecating name, our team philosophy centers around improving our strategic gameplay and team coordination. We believe that individual skill can win lanes, but proper macro play wins games.
We approach each match with a combination of careful planning and adaptability, always ready to pivot our strategy based on the evolving game state. Our communication and decision-making under pressure have become our greatest strengths.
Above all, we maintain the friendship and camaraderie that brought us together in the first place. We play to win, but we never forget to enjoy the game and support each other through victories and defeats.
"Watching RCM grow from casual Clash players to competing in SOL has been amazing. They bring such a fun energy to every match."

We regularly share our experiences through social media and our Discord server, where we discuss strategies, celebrate victories, and learn from our defeats together.
